NOTE: This form is for current Columbia Soccer Club players whose team has decided NOT to enter Kohl's Cup.

If you are a member of another club or soccer organization, please go to www.mysa.org and follow the links there to register your team for Kohl's American Cup.

CSC Players. Thank you for your interest in the inaugural Missouri Kohl's American Cup. Your presence will help make this one of Missouri Youth Soccer's premier events. We will do everything we can to make sure that you are placed on a team for the Cup, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee that every individual will be placed.

Once your form has been sent, please allow up to 24 hours for a confirmation email from Columbia Soccer Club. You will also receive a separate email with detailed instructions on what next to do to prepare for the Cup.

Please note: Player Name, Team Name, Current CSC Division, and Primary Email fields must be filled out in order for online registration form to work. All fields that must be completed are marked in RED. A VALID PRIMARY EMAIL IS REQUIRED, OTHERWISE, REGISTRATION WILL NOT BE COMPLETED.
